OneDrive for Business offers many ways to work with your files, from creating and uploading files to copying and moving them between folders.

via the OneDrive for Business website

When working with Office documents in OneDrive for Business you can open them with Office for the web or the native Office 365 applications. When using the OneDrive for Business website, right-click on an office document then choose Open to reveal the options.

You can select from the three following options:

  • Open in browser (Default)
  • Open in app
  • Open in Immersive Reader

By default, clicking on the document title will open the file in Office for the web as a new tab in your web browser. To change the default behaviour see our ‘How do I set OneDrive for Business to Open in App by default?’ support article.

via OneDrive for Business sync

You can work with your OneDrive for Business files directly in File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (MacOS) by syncing them to your University of Worcester device.

To learn more see our ‘How do I sync my OneDrive data to a University device using the app?’ support article.
