Our University of Worcester IT Service will be open for support during our normal operating hours 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday with Norman Managed Services extending our support on evenings until 9pm and weekends 8am – 9pm. Additionally, they will also provide cover from 3pm on Wednesdays to cover the Service Desk training hours.
Norman can assist staff and students with common enquires including Multi-Factor Authentication and password resets and can also provide remote support to computers. More advanced queries that require on-campus intervention can be handed over to be dealt with by the IT Service Desk team during core hours.
