What is Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 is the new name for Microsoft’s Office 365 subscription service. It includes everything Office 365 included—and more.

Microsoft 365 empowers users with the latest innovation across new and familiar productivity experiences like Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows. Unlike other productivity services, Microsoft 365 learns from users and collects valuable insights through the Microsoft Graph to deliver enhanced experiences that continually get better over time and keep users protected.

Microsoft 365 comes pre-installed on university devices and can be accessed through the start menu, or search function at the bottom of the screen.

OneDrive is your cloud storage space where you can save and access all your work, because your files are in the cloud you can access them from anywhere from any device with an internet connection.

Microsoft Forms

With Microsoft Forms you can create a form, such as a survey or quiz, invite others to respond to it using almost any web browser or mobile device, see real-time results as they’re submitted, use built-in analytics to evaluate responses, and export results to Excel for additional analysis or grading.

Access Microsoft Forms

To access Microsoft Forms you’ll need to please visit, select Sign In at the top right corner then enter your University of Worcester credentials. Select the All Apps icon from the bottom left corner then choose Forms from the list of available apps.

Microsoft Stream

Microsoft Stream is a video service used to upload, view, and share videos securely. You can share recordings or other videos with lectures and other students on your courses. You can also share comments on a video, tag timecodes in comments and descriptions to refer to specific points in a video.

How to access
  1. Visit Microsoft 365 and sign in with your University credentials.
  2. If you cannot see Stream listed on the welcome page, select ‘All Apps’ then choose ‘Stream’.
