How to forward calls without ringing using Microsoft Teams?

  1. Within Microsoft Teams select your profile icon in the top right hand corner. This will be your initials or a profile photo you have set.
  1. Select ‘Manage accounts‘ from the drop down menu.
  1. Select ‘Calls‘ from the settings menu
  1. Under ‘Call answering rules’ select ‘Forward my calls‘
  1. From the ‘Forward to‘ drop down menu select where you want to forward calls to.
