What is Microsoft Forms?

With Microsoft Forms you can create a form, such as a survey or quiz, invite others to respond to it using almost any web browser or mobile device, see real-time results as they’re submitted, use built-in analytics to evaluate responses, and export results to Excel for additional analysis or grading.


How to access Microsoft Forms

  1. To access Microsoft Forms you’ll need to please visit www.office.com.
  2. Select Sign In at the top right corner then enter your University of Worcester credentials.
  3. Select the App Launcher icon from the top-left corner then choose Forms from the list of available apps.
