When I receive a call on Microsoft Teams, I also want it to ring me and another person?

  1. Within Microsoft Teams select your profile icon in the top right hand corner. This will be your initials or a profile photo you have set.
  1. Select ‘Manage accounts‘ from the drop down menu.
  1. Select ‘Calls‘ from the settings menu
  1. Under the ‘Call answering rules’ select the ‘Calls ring me‘ option.
  1. Select the ‘Also ring‘ drop down menu, to set who you also like to receive your calls.
