If you have already been granted access to a shared mailbox, it is possible to access more than one email inbox from your sign-in session to Outlook on the web. To do this:

Begin by signing in to your Outlook account.

Select the circle identity icon in the top right and click on ‘Open another mailbox‘.

A dialogue window will then appear:

Type in the address you require to add and select open.

You should then be able to access the other mailbox and it should then be listed in the left side of the page under Folders in future.
