How to configure call forwarding for unanswered calls?

1. Within Microsoft Teams select your profile icon in the top right hand corner. This will be your initials or a profile photo you have set.

2. Select ‘Manage accounts‘ from the drop down menu.

3. Select ‘Calls‘ from the settings menu

4. Under the ‘Call answering rules’ select the ‘Calls ring me‘ option.

5. Using the drop down menus you can configure the call forwarding rules for unanswered calls by selecting the options, from the ‘If unanswered‘ drop down menu.
