If you’d like to update your username due to a legal name change, you will first need to contact Human Resources with legal proof of name change, e.g. a marriage certificate.
Human Resources will be able to advise further on accepted documentation. When that has been processed, you can then log your name change request on the IT self-service portal.
Your IT account username is automatically generated using your first and last name. In some cases, this can result in an undesirable username. If you’d like to request a username change, please log a ticket via the IT self-service portal. Please note that updating a username will cause some temporary disruption to your account.
