I’m having difficulty registering MFA, what can I do?

If you’re having trouble with the registration loading please try the following:

  • Clear your cache, you may find the instructions on this website helpful: https://clear-my-cache.com/
  • Restart your device
  • Change your browser language settings to English and ensure your time and date settings are correct
  • Try using a different browser to start the registration process
  • Go direct to aka.ms/mfasetup to start the MFA process

If you are still experiencing difficulty please contact the IT Service by calling us Monday – Friday 08:30 to 21:00 on 01905 85 7500. This is so we can run through some security verification questions with you.
