Once you've registered for Multi-Factor Authentication you can reset your password 24/7 without having to contact the IT Service Desk.
The first time you login to your University of Worcester student account, you will be prompted to register for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

To use this method you will need to have registered for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). One of the benefits of MFA is the ability to easily reset your password when you’ve forgotten it.
Please note: If you are using a University of Worcester Windows laptop off-site you will need to continue to login with your old password. To correct this, connect your laptop to the FortiClient VPN or connect via a wired connection on-campus to synchronise your new password to the device.

You’ll be required to complete a short security check, please have your staff number ready.
Your staff number can be found on your Staff ID Card. If you do not have your staff ID number, please contact the Human Resources team before calling us so that we can help you resolve your password issue.
