I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

Using Self-Service

To use this method you will need to have registered for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). One of the benefits of MFA is the ability to easily reset your password when you’ve forgotten it.

Please note: If you are using a University of Worcester Windows laptop off-site you will need to continue to login with your old password. To correct this, connect your laptop to the FortiClient VPN or connect via a wired connection on-campus to synchronise your new password to the device.

Call us via the IT Service Desk

We can help you reset your password.

You’ll be required to complete a short security check, please have your staff number ready.

Your staff number can be found on your Staff ID Card. If you do not have your staff ID number, please contact the Human Resources team before calling us so that we can help you resolve your password issue.
