Change your availability status to do not disturb

  1. Within Microsoft Teams, select the profile icon in the top right hand corner. This could be your initials or a profile picture you have set.

  1. Open the availability drop down menu, by selecting the status down icon. As highlighted in the picture below.

  1. Select ‘Do not disturb‘ from the availability options presented. When you want to revert back to automatic availability configuration select ‘Reset status‘ from the drop down list.
