Access OneDrive for Business via a web browser

To access OneDrive for Business via a web browser please follow the steps below:

Via the staff portal

  1. Log into the University of Worcester staff portal using your staff credentials.
  2. Select OneDrive for Business from the list of Applications.
  3. You may be required to authenticate using Multi-Factor Authentication.

Via office.com

  1. Go to office.com
  2. Select Sign in from the top-right corner.
  3. Enter your University of Worcester credentials
  4. You may be required to authenticate using Multi-Factor Authentication.
  5. Select the OneDrive for Business icon from the app launcher on the left-hand side.
    Alternatively, select the waffle icon in the top-left corner to open the full app launcher. You should see OneDrive for Business at the top of the list.

Please note: We recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft’s new Edge browser for the best experience.

Sync your OneDrive for Business data

You can sync your OneDrive for Business files to your University of Worcester device for more convenient access in File Explorer (Windows) and Finder (MacOS).
