To access the O: Drive whilst on-campus you’ll need to be connected to the wired University network.
If you’re using a University laptop you can connect to the wired network directly or via a Universal docking station.
To access the O: Drive using a personal device, please use Windows Virtual Desktop.
If you’ve connected your University of Worcester device to the on-campus wired network and the O: Drive is not appearing, please try restarting your device.If it still doesn’t appear, please contact us via the IT Service Desk by calling 01905 85 7500, starting a live chat or by logging a ticket on the self-service portal.
Please note: This method requires access to the Windows Virtual Desktop service. You can request access to Windows Virtual Desktop by logging a request on the IT Service Desk self-service portal using the request template ‘Access to Windows Virtual Desktop’.

First, connect to Windows Virtual Desktop to access a virtual machine that has access to resources that usually require the wired network.
