How can I access Microsoft Forms?

Accessing Microsoft Forms via a web browser

  1. To access Microsoft Forms navigate to www.office.com.
  2. Select Sign In at the top right corner then enter your University of Worcester credentials.
  3. Select the All Apps icon from the bottom left corner then choose Forms from the list of available apps.

Accessing Microsoft Forms via Teams

Forms can be added as a tab to Teams meetings and Teams site channels. This can make accessing Forms more convenient.

Add Forms to a Teams meeting

Once you have set up a Teams meeting and invited some attendees you will be able to configure the meeting tabs. To add Forms as a tab within a Teams meeting, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the meeting in your Teams calendar then choose Edit
  2. Select the + icon at the top of the meeting
  3. Select Forms from the list of apps or use the search field to find it
  4. Click Add
  5. Press Save

You’ll now be able to create new Forms directly from the Forms tab within the Teams meeting.

Add Forms to a Teams site channel

If you have a Teams site, you can add Forms as a tab within a Teams site channel by following the steps outlined below:

  1. Navigate to the desired Teams site channel
  2. Select the + icon from the top of the Teams site channel to add a tab
  3. Select Forms from the suggested apps or use the search field to find it

You will be presented with the following options:

  • Create a shared form that your team can edit and see results
  • Add an existing form
  • Create a recurring survey
