How do I request a Guest Account?

Please log a request on our self-service portal containing the following information:

• The time period the guest account is required, start and end date
  
• Name of the person who will be using the guest account
  
• If the account needs to be filtered i.e. if a child will be using it
  
• Will access to Office 365 be required?

Please log the request 5 days before the guest account is required, as this should ensure we have enough time to process the account setup for you.
