How to set a ringer to ring from my PC speakers and headset in Microsoft Teams?

You may want to set a secondary ringer if you have a headset plugged into your laptop and to call through your PC speakers too.

  1. Within Microsoft Teams select your profile icon in the top right hand corner. This will be your initials or a profile photo you have set.
  1. Select โ€˜Manage accountsโ€˜ from the drop down menu.
  1. Select ‘Devices‘ from the left settings menu
  1. Under ‘Secondary ringer‘ select the dropdown and set where you would also like calls to ring.

Please note if you change your headset or unplug your headset you may need to set this again.
