When you have received a telephone call through Microsoft Teams you can place a call on hold. You will only have access to the telephone feature in Microsoft Teams if you have been assigned this feature.
3. Once the call is placed on hold you will see the ‘On hold‘ message displayed in the middle of call window, with the amount of time the caller has been on hold. The caller will also be played music for the duration the are placed on hold.
