Accessing your voicemail

To access the ring group voicemail dial 500

• Once connected enter your PIN number to enter voicemail securely. If you are unsure on your PIN number please contact the IT Service Desk. You will then be greeted with a notification of how many messages you have.

How to set an announcement:

• To access the Main Menu you can press * at any time.

• You can set Voicemail to not allow anyone to leave a message by keying 6 while on the Main Menu. The person calling will hear your greeting message, but will be unable to leave a voicemail.

• To turn this feature back off, press 6 while on Main Menu.

Changing greeting

To change your Voicemail message, press 2 while in the Main Menu.

• The system will guide you through the options for changing your Voicemail message.
• To move between menus, use * to return to the previous one.
• Press 9 to leave Voicemail at any point.
