Accessing your voicemail

  1. To access handset voicemail dial 555
  1. Once connected enter your PIN number to enter voicemail securely. If you are unsure on your PIN number please contact the IT Service Desk. You will then be greeted with a notification of how many messages you have.

Note whilst in the voicemail menu to can use these options:

  • To return to the Main Menu you can press * at any time.
  • To exit Voicemail, press 9 at any time.

Review messages

Press 1 at any time to access the message menu. The system will explain your choices:

  • 1 to hear new messages
  • 2 to access old messages
  • 3 for any group messages.

Message management

Once you have listened to a Voicemail the system will save it automatically for you.

  • While in message review you can press 1 to replay a message.
  • Press 2 to forward to the next message
  • To delete a message press 3.
  • To return to the Main Menu you can press * at any time.

Changing greeting

To change your Voicemail message press 2 while in the Main Menu.

  • The system will guide you through the options for changing your Voicemail message.
  • To move between menus, use * to return to the previous one.
  • Press 9 to leave Voicemail at any point.

Setting an announcement

You can set Voicemail to not allow anyone to leave a message by keying 6 while on the Main Menu. The person calling will hear your greeting message, but will be unable to leave a voicemail.

To turn this feature back off, press 6 while on Main Menu.

To return to the Main Menu you can press * at any time.
