How to transfer a Microsoft Teams telephone call?

1. During a Microsoft Teams telephone call, select … (more options) in the top left hand corner to open the call menu.

2. From the menu select ‘Transfer‘

3. Search for a contact to join the call or enter a telephone number in the search bar.

4. Select the contact from the list. You can enter multiple contacts and numbers.

5. To complete the transfer select ‘Transfer‘.
