Having sync issues with your SharePoint Site? These few steps will hopefully resolve any of those issues.
Check that you can access your SharePoint account
Go to https://uniworcac.sharepoint.com and sign in with your University of Worcester account.Select the Document folder or Library that is having the problem with syncing and try to manually sync.
Remove your OneDrive Account from your computer and then re-add
Unlink account – Click here for more information on how to unlink your OneDrive account from your computer.
Link account – Click here for more information on how to link your OneDrive account to your computer.
Move files out of the sync folder
Moving some files out of the sync folder may solve the sync issues.
