Automatically you will be enrolled to get SharePoint email nofications on the sites you have access to.
To access the SharePoint email nofications settings you will need to go to your SharePoint home page https://uniworcac.sharepoint.com/
Once you are on the home page you can access the Email Notifications settings by clicking on the cog icon on the top right hand side and then selecting Email notification settings on the drop down menu.
Inside the Email notifications you should see the settings where you can turn on or off types of notifications that you can get via the SharePoint sites that are followed. Turning these off will stop the email notifications.
