Add Email O365 Account to a Mobile Device

You can access your University of Worcester mailbox on your phone by installing the official Microsoft Outlook application from the app store. The built in mail apps that are available on mobile phones do not work with University accounts.

Please follow the below steps to add the account into the Outlook App:

  • Open the application on your phone and select ‘Add Account’.

  • Enter your Worcester University email address, and then enter your password.

  • Select Office 365 on the ‘Choose account type page’

  • If you are offsite it will prompt for Authorisation, please approve this using the Authenticate method you have set up on your account. If you are onsite it will not ask you to approve the login.
