Laptop Required for Interview Task

Laptop and Guest Account Request:

If you require a laptop to use with an external candidate during an interview you will need to:

  1. Book a Staff Loan Laptop here:
  2. Request a Guest Account to be setup via the IT Service Desk Portal: with the following information:
    • Date/s required
    • Access to Microsoft 365 applications e.g. word or excel
    • Access to Microsoft Teams
Setup the Laptop with the Guest Account:

You will then need to collect a laptop from the IT Walk-Up Support Desk on the 1st Floor of the Peirson Study and Guidance Center.

Your guest account login and password will be emailed to you via the ticket #ref.

Ensure you login via a wired ethernet connection to the laptop with the guest account details provided.

If you need to connect to the wi-fi to get online we would recommend connecting to the Guest Wi-Fi. You can find connection instructions here:
