Laptop Required for Interview Task

Laptop and Guest Account Request:

If you require a laptop to use with an external candidate during an interview you will need to:

  1. Book a Staff Loan Laptop here: https://itresources.getconnect2.com/
  2. Request a Guest Account to be setup via the IT Service Desk Portal: https://worcester.sysaidit.com/servicePortal with the following information:
    • Date/s required
    • Access to Microsoft 365 applications e.g. Word or Excel
    • Access to Microsoft Teams
Setup the Laptop with the Guest Account:

You will then need to collect a laptop from the IT Walk-Up Support Desk on the 1st Floor of the Peirson Study and Guidance Center.

Your guest account login and password will be emailed to you via the ticket reference.

Ensure you login via a wired ethernet connection to the laptop with the guest account details provided. When you collect your laptop you can ask our staff to assist you with getting the guest account setup on the laptop.

If you need to connect to the wi-fi to get online we would recommend connecting to the Guest Wi-Fi. You can find connection instructions here: https://it.wp.worc.ac.uk/ask-a-question/guest-wifi/connect-to-guestuw/
