Help, what’s new and more

The Help button in Microsoft Teams is where you can find all the assistance you might need while using Teams. You’ll find this in the bottom-left corner of the Teams desktop application.

  • Topics – This goes to help content organised by Teams feature. Simple and straightforward guidance to help users get the most out of Teams.
  • Training– On-demand video content enables users to learn specific tasks quickly. Microsoft continually add new videos, so check back frequently.
  • What’s New – Periodic release notes for users and team owners about new or updated Teams features.
  • Suggest a feature – Microsoft want to hear from you about how to improve Teams. This option takes you to their product feedback forum where you can submit new feature requests or vote on existing ones. Microsoft review this information as they plan new features.

Teams provides localised language support for help content. For the most current list of supported languages, see Microsoft Teams supported languages for help content.
