How to sync your Outlook contacts to your iPhone?

This is a simple setting in the Outlook app that you can toggle on and off as required.

1. From the Outlook app, select the settings cog

2. Select your University of Worcester email account
3. Toggle on ‘Saved contacts‘

Please note that the Outlook app will only sync contacts one way so if you need to add new contacts, they will need to be added via the Outlook app, if you create a new contact in the iPhone contacts app it will not sync into your Office 365 account.
