My Staff Account is locked!?

There are a few different reasons this may happen, but in most cases if you give us a call and pass some security questions, we can assist and get access back to your account.

Service Desk:

8:30 – 21:00 Monday – Friday

8:00 – 21:00 Saturday – Sunday

But why has it locked?

  • All staff accounts are automatically locked when unactive for over 90 days.
  • Several incorrect password attempts will automatically lock the account.
  • Your account has been compromised.
  • There has been a change in your contract you need to disscuss with HR.
