How do I change my MFA methods?

Updating your Multi-Factor Authentication methods

You can access your current Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods by following the steps below:

  1. Go to:
  2. Sign in with your University of Worcester credentials
  3. Select the ‘Security info‘ tab.
  4. Here you will see the options to add a new method, as well as changing or deleting an existing method.

Add a method

  1. Select ‘Add method’.
  2. Choose your desired method.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions for the desired method.

Remove a method

  1. Identify the method you’d like to remove from within the ‘Security info’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Delete’ next to the method you want to remove.
  3. Select ‘OK’ to confirm.
