The University has an extensive fleet of high quality MFDs for all your print, copy and scanning needs. All of these devices are connected to our University Print queue. You can release your print job from any MFD across campus, no matter where you sent it from.
Staff can also use the Staff Webprint service to submit print jobs from their own devices or from a University computer that is not connected to the campus wired network or the Corporate@UW wireless network.You can access this service by browsing to the ‘Staff Webprint’ service option in the application section of the staff MyDay page or by following this link here.
Print & Copy Frequently Asked Questions
Staff receive an unlimited credit allocation for print and copy. However, this service is monitored closely and exceptionally high usage transactions will be investigated. The concept of unlimited credit is regularly reviewed and if abused, fixed credit allocations will be reinstated.
