Outlook is an email and personal information management software that helps you communicate efficiently and manage your tasks effectively.
As a staff member at the University of Worcester, you can access your staff mailbox through the Outlook app on your University-owned device or through Outlook on the Web on any device. In addition to sending and receiving emails, you can manage your calendar, schedule meetings, create tasks and to-do lists, and more using the various features offered by Outlook.
Microsoft Outlook is Microsoft’s desktop email client.
Though primarily an email client, Outlook also includes such functions as calendaring, task managing, contact managing, note-taking, journal logging, and more.
Outlook on the Web is Microsoft’s web-based email client.
For quick access to your email, calendar, and contacts on any computer with an Internet connection, sign in with your University of Worcester credentials.
Microsoft Outlook is pre-installed on University of Worcester devices as part of the Office 365 suite, all you need to do is sign in.
How do I set up Outlook on my University device?
Microsoft Outlook can be installed onto a personal device as part of the Office 365 suite or onto a personal mobile device via your phones app store.
It will take several minutes to synchronise your mailbox.
