Extended Hours IT Support: 

The IT Service are pleased to announce that our support phoneline opening hours have been extended to cover 17:00-21:00 on weekday evenings and also 08:00-21:00 on Weekends and Bank Holidays.

• This service known as NORMAN operates in partnership with the University of Northumbria who run this service for many UK higher education institutions but with access to our knowledge base and basic systems, specific to Worcester.
• Whilst they are operating remotely, a key example in how they can help relates to resolving problems you may have accessing your account out of hours, when which we haven’t traditionally had the resource to support.
• We have a few bank holidays coming up so please keep this service in mind if you need IT support from us during those days.
