Once you’ve registered for Multi-Factor Authentication you can reset your password 24/7 without having to contact the IT Service Desk, using Microsoft’s in-built self-service password reset functionality.
All you need to do is navigate to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ and enter your email address and verify the security information on screen.
You will then be prompted to verify your Multi-Factor Authentication information and set a new password.
