Digital Services Support During Easter Weekend

The following outlines the IT support available from Digital Services partner, Norman Managed Services over Easter weekend, that includes Good Friday and Easter Monday (02 – 06/04/26).

During the Easter break, our support switches over to Norman Managed Services using the same IT Service Desk number: 01905857500, in the same manner as we do during the evenings in normal hours.

They can assist staff and students with common inquiries, including Multi-Factor Authentication and password resets, and can also provide remote computer support.

More advanced queries requiring on-campus intervention will be addressed by the IT Service Desk team when Digital Services returns to normal working hours on Tuesday 7th April 2026.

Please Note: The IT Support Desk in the Peirson Study & Guidance Centre will not be staffed from Good Friday to Easter Monday.

Glide will continue to offer their support services for connecting to the internet in our halls of residences throughout the Easter break and can be selected as option 1 from our phone line.
