Digital Services will continue to offer full IT support while the University is open until close of business on the 23rd December. During the winter break, our support switches over to Norman Managed Services (NMS) using the same IT Service Desk number: 01905 85 7500, in the same manner as we do during the evenings in normal hours,They can assist staff and students with common inquiries, including Multi-Factor Authentication and password resets, and can also provide remote computer support. More advanced queries requiring on-campus intervention will be addressed by the IT Service Desk team when the University reopens on 5th January 2026.Please Note: The hours during which NMS can receive calls during the winter break will vary according the table below.Glide will continue to offer their support services for connecting to the internet in our halls of residences throughout the winter break and can be selected as option 1 from our phoneline.
