What is Microsoft Sway?

Microsoft Sway is a “Storetelling” app for creating interactive digital presentations, brochures, newsletters, and reports from text, images, videos and other media. It is not a replacement for PowerPoint but rather a tool for visually engaging content that is quick and easy to produce, automatically adapts to any screen size, and can be shared with a simple link. 

How to access Microsoft Sway?

  1. To access Microsoft Sway you’ll need to please visit www.office.com
  2. Select Sign In at the top right corner then enter your University of Worcester credentials.
  3. Select Apps on the left hand side then all apps.
  4. Select Sway from the list of available apps.
