Outlook is an email and personal information management software that helps you communicate efficiently and manage your tasks effectively.

As a staff member at the University of Worcester, you can access your staff mailbox through the Outlook app on your University-owned device or through Webmail on any device. In addition to sending and receiving emails, you can manage your calendar, schedule meetings, create tasks and to-do lists, and more using the various features offered by Outlook.

LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning is an online learning platform owned by LinkedIn that is used to help staff learn business, software, technology and creative skills through guided videos and tutorials.

Outlook Essential Training (Microsoft 365)

Microsoft Outlook—one of the most widely used email and calendaring apps in the world—boasts tools that can help you work as a team, track assignments, and collaborate more effectively. In this course, learn how to set up and manage email, calendars, and contacts in the Microsoft 365 version of Outlook. This beginner-level course with instructor Jess Stratton begins with a tour of the interface and shows how to connect a wide variety of email accounts to Outlook. Jess then shows how to quickly create, send, and read email and reduce your inbox clutter, create and share contacts, and stay on schedule with calendars and tasks. She also goes over how to make the most of Outlook’s accessibility features, including features for users with disabilities as well as tools to help ensure accessibility in your emails and calendar invites. Plus, Jess introduces using Microsoft Copilot with Outlook.
