What is Microsoft Loop?

Microsoft Loop is a colloborative workspace app that allows teams to work together across different Microsoft 365 apps and devices. It combines a flexible canvas with portable components that stay is sync across various Microsoft applications. This enables teams to think, plan, and create together in a more intergrated and efficent way.

Key Features and Functionality:
Co-creation: Loop facilities collaborative work by allow teams to create and edit content together in real-time

Portable Components: Loop components are self-contained pieces of content (like list, tables, notes) that can be embedded and synced across different Microsoft 365 apps.

Flexible Canvas: Loop provides a flexible workspace where users can organise and structure information using various elements.

Cross-App Functionality: Loop components and workspaces can be accessed and used within apps like Teams, Outlook, Word and Whiteboard, keeping everyone on the same page.

Task Management: Loop intergrates task management features, allowing teams to track progress and assign tasks withing the collabrative workspace.


How to access Microsoft Loop

  1. To access Microsoft Loop you’ll will need to visit www.office.com.
  2. Select Sign In at the top right corner, then enter your University of Worcester credentials.
  3. Select Apps on the right toolbar, then select All apps to find the Microsoft Loop application.
