What is Microsoft Viva Learning

Microsoft Viva Learning is a learning app and central hub within the Microsoft Teams platform that integrates with Microsoft 365 to bring learning into the flow of your workday. It centralises content from various sources, such as LinkedIn Learning and Microsoft Learn. The goal is to help discover, share, and consume learning content to acquire new skills and track progress.


How do I access Microsoft Viva Learning?

Access via Microsoft 365

  1. To access Microsoft Viva Learning you’ll need to visit m365.cloud.microsoft
  2. Select Sign In at the top right corner, then enter your University of Worcester credentials
  3. Select Apps on the left toolbar, then select All Apps to find the Microsoft Viva Learning application

Access via Microsoft Teams

  1. To access Microsoft Viva Learning app via Microsoft Teams you will need to open the Microsoft Teams application on your device
  2. Select Apps on the left toolbar and then search for Viva Learning in the search box
  3. Select Add next to the Viva Learning application and then Open

Microsoft Bookings Essential Training
