Please be aware of the following changes to print copy services in the Hive.
Devices that do not require configuration or central management, such as keyboards, webcams, and headsets, can be directly procured by the School or Professional Service area using the approved catalogue and delivered to the School or Professional Service area without requiring IT approval.
If a required item is not found in the catalogue, please consult the IT Service Desk for guidance.
As of January 2021, all IT peripherals can be procured directly by schools and departments via the Universities Finance system, Oracle, without the need to submit a Purchasing Request via the IT Service Desk.
