Comprehensive training materials are available to help staff get the most from our services. These are available from our dedicated IT training portal which can be found on the IT Service Website.
This portal combines 3rd party resources along with those created in house to provide holistic guidance on IT, ranging from information on cybersecurity best practice through to specific tutorials on individual software applications.
This 3rd party services which we incorporate into this portal include:
Important note: Some elements of the University’s Learning & Teaching tools fall under the remit of the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Unit. Among other systems, they are responsible for the University’s Virtual Learning Environment – Blackboard. As such enquiries for learning and teaching technology training should be directed to them.
