Description
When a member of staff leaves the University, a number of actions take place regarding their account and data.
The users staff account will be disabled and access to University services, devices, and systems will no longer be possible. This includes access to their email mailbox.
Staff leaving the University should backup any files they wish to retain for storage outside of the University however please be aware that staff are not permitted to copy or retain sensitive information.
