Description
All University can use their staff account to connect to the University’s Wi-Fi network called “eduroam” for internet connectivity from their University provided or personal devices
eduroam is a network that operates from many Universities, colleges, libraries and other institutions across world so colleagues can access the same network in other locations with the same account.
eduroam requires staff to sign-in using their username followed by the last part of their email address e.g. otha1@worc.ac.uk The account password can then be provided as normal. Assistance is available from the IT Service Desk if staff encounter a problem when attempting to connect to eduroam.
eduroam is available from all University campus sites and at the Hive.
Example support requests for this service:
• I’m trying to sign into eduroam but it’s not accepting my staff account credentials, can you help?
• I can’t connect to eduroam on my personal device, please can you assist?
