How do I access a remote PC?

Please follow the following guidance based on your operating system, you will need to browse to https://www.eduvpn.org/client-apps/ and install the relevant client for your operating system and then browse to https://remoteaccess.labstats.com/university-of-worcester to connect to an on-site PC.

OS Recommendations
Windows 10  Fully supported   
 macOS  macOS working with EduVPN is currently in a testing phase, therefore you may run into issues. This may include keyboard mapping or graphical issues. If you contact the IT Service Desk we will try our best to assist you, however we may not currently be able to resolve your issue.  
 Android  There is a client available for EduVPN, however, functionality will be limited due to the speed and performance of your device.  
 iOS  There is a client available for EduVPN, however, functionality will be limited due to the speed and performance of your device.  

Can I remotely access a PC from any device?

EduVPN is available on the following platforms with the following recommendations:

  • Windows 10 – fully supported
  • macOS – testing phase
  • Android – not recommended for use due to speed and compatibility issues, but there is an available client
  • iOS – not recommended for use due to speed and compatibility issues, but there is an available client
