Following the enhanced mailbox migration, I can no longer see a shared mailbox?

If you are no longer able to see a shared mailbox once your mailbox has been migrated to O365 you will need to add this account in Outlook to be able to see it again. Follow the steps below on how to do this:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. On the File menu, select ‘Account Settings’ > ‘Account Settings…’

  1. On the Email tab, under Name, select your mailbox from the list and then select ‘Change

  1. On the next menu screen select ‘More Settings

  1. Select Advanced > Add
  1. Enter the mailbox to add and select OK, and OK again.

  1. Select Next > Done > Close.

If you can still not see the shared mailbox after following the steps above please contact the IT Service Desk.
